Continuum Attractions

Continuum Attractions operates unique visitor attraction experiences in Canterbury, Edinburgh, Oxford, Portsmouth, York and Emmerdale. They needed help with auditing their current systems to see what was working and what wasn’t, finding out which functions were vital for the business and deciding what was required for future business growth.

The Brief:

 The Proposal:

We provided a proposal which outlined three session to include:

• what systems were currently in use

• what functions were vital for the business today

• what was required for future business growth

The intention of these sessions and documentation was to create a comprehensive strategy for the business to follow when choosing new partners to work with and to assist with business communication, project success criteria and future management of the IT systems.

The Process:

After an initial consultation with key stakeholders, we produced a tender document which was then shared with prospective vendors for completion. This document enabled us to compare those vendors who applied against each other and highlighted high and low priority functionality. We were then able to score prospective vendors against the business requirements.

Meetings were then held with 3 vendors for each area of the business: ticketing, retail and F&B, followed by a 1 day vendor selection process with key stakeholders to decide on software selections and project plan.

The Outcome:

As Continuum is a multi-site company, we rolled the software out with …… , their smallest site, first. After 1 month where we ironed out initial teething problems, the software was rolled out across the organisation from … to … with each new site being updated each week.
