TickX provide a powerful and flexible layer which sits directly on your website, on top of ticketing and booking systems. They aim to help companies sell more tickets directly through their own websites. It was founded in 2015 as an events and tickets search engine, comparing events in the UK, Ireland, Spain and Netherlands.

The Brief:

The TickX team wanted some help to understand the ticketing software market and support in planning development to meet the market needs.

The Process:

We went to meet with the development team who showed us what their system did today and what kind of market they were trying to attract.

We worked through it section by section and came up with some new developments they could make to enhance their software.

This was then put into an action plan for use by the team to help prioritise the new elements of the system.

The Outcome:

We held explorative workshops which helped the TickX team to work together and asses the core strengths of their platform and priorities as a business. They realised that they wanted to continue to grow and develop their marketing tools and insights, helping marketing teams across all industries from theatre to attractions improve their digital visibility and performance.
